General Terms Once payment is made for Nextride hire services, it implies that you’re agreeing to all the terms and conditions stipulated, and compliance must be ensured.
Other Terms and Conditions for Hire
The mode of payment shall be via bank transfer, and full payment will be only be accepted.
Hire hours is 15 hours.
Only 60% of booking price refund will be made on cancellations within 72 hours notice.
You will have to pay for every extra hour spent exceeding your 15 hours booking period.
In the case of extending beyond your agreed time, you will have to place the request and make payment before the expiration of that 15 hours.
Accommodation must be provided for drivers on inter-state travels.
You will be properly scrutinized before embarking on the trip.
Consumption of alcohol and smoking in the vehicle will not be allowed.
In the unlikely event that the vehicle is faulty, such complaint should be brought to the company’s notice within one hour of usage, and refund/change of vehicle will be duly made.
For Airport rides, Airport tolls and parking fees will be paid by the company.
The driver is allowed to leave when the time is expired after notice of expiration by the company has been made to him.
You must ensure that a good standard of cleanliness is kept within the vehicle, and instruments in the vehicle must not be tampered with, else you’ll be held responsible.
For bookings that are two days or longer, kindly note that the driver initially assigned to you may be replaced with another verified driver from our company.
If peradventure you forget an item behind in our vehicle, you are expected to notify us in time.
Our general pricing is within city rates. Outskirts places and interstate travels attracts extra charges.
Validity All disputes arising from these terms and conditions shall be resolved by way of negotiations between the company and the hirer. If no resolution is reached, legal actions shall be initiated.
Termination The company is entitled to terminate the agreement in cases of theft and bullying, or where it appears that the hirer is in breach of any of the terms and conditions.
